These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from UOUOUOW and your use of uououow.com. Our store is operated by Shenzhen Daxinyi Technology Co., Ltd., referred to below as “we,” “us” or “our.”
Please read these terms before ordering, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment & Security page and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Shopping With UOUOUOW
Our store offers decorative lamps, ambient lighting and related products for the home. Available designs, variations and stock levels can change.
To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to make the purchase and permission to use your chosen payment method. If you order on someone else’s behalf, you must be authorized to provide their information and complete the transaction.
Product Details and Photography
Review the individual listing before purchasing. It contains the information relevant to that design, including available dimensions, materials, power requirements, controls and package contents.
Photographs illustrate the product and its setting. Furniture, flowers, books and other styling accessories are excluded unless the listing expressly includes them.
Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Natural materials can also vary in pattern or finish. These variations do not excuse a product that is faulty or materially different from its description.
Checking Suitability
Choose a product that suits your intended location and use. Confirm its measurements, electrical specifications and any stated compatibility requirements before ordering.
Features such as dimming, rechargeable operation, replaceable bulbs, water resistance or outdoor suitability apply only when specified for that product. Do not infer these features from a photograph or from another design in our collection.

Placing an Order
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected items. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request; it does not confirm dispatch.
We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. This does not affect any earlier contract formation required by applicable law.
Before acceptance, we can decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, delivery restrictions or a reasonably identified security concern. If payment has been collected for an order we cannot accept, we will refund the affected amount.
Accurate Checkout Information
Please check your email address, recipient name, delivery address and selected items before paying.
Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We will check whether it can still be corrected, but changes cannot be guaranteed once packing or dispatch has started.
Any additional delivery costs caused by incorrect customer-provided information will be explained and applied only where legally permitted.
Prices and Payment

You confirm that you are entitled to use the selected payment method and that the information you submit is accurate. Your payment provider can require further authentication before approving a transaction.

Errors in a Listing or Price
If an error affects your order, we will explain the issue and the available options. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
Where cancellation is appropriate and legally permitted, any payment due back to you will be refunded. Changes to advertised prices do not ordinarily alter the agreed price of an accepted order.
Promotional Offers

We will review its fulfillment status and explain what can be done. If dispatch can no longer be stopped, the return process can apply after delivery.
Operational limits on stopping a shipment do not override any statutory cancellation right available to you.
Shipping and Delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains preparation, estimated arrival times, tracking and delivery support. Unless expressly guaranteed, arrival dates are estimates.
We remain your contact for shipping concerns, including delayed, missing or damaged parcels. A carrier’s involvement does not remove responsibilities we retain under applicable law.
For international purchases, review the checkout information and Shipping Policy for any customs duties or other import charges payable separately.
Receiving Your Purchase
Check your delivery within a reasonable time and contact us if an item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete.
Your order number, a description of the issue and available photographs can help us investigate. Keep the relevant packaging while we review the matter where practical.
Do not operate a damaged electrical product or handle broken parts to obtain evidence. Contact us for a safe way to proceed.
Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the voluntary return period, eligibility requirements, return costs and refund process.
Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions. The address on a shipping label and our registered business address are not automatically return destinations.
Requirements under our voluntary policy do not restrict mandatory remedies for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with your product. Use a suitable power source and do not exceed any stated electrical rating.
Unless expressly approved for the model, do not modify wiring, dismantle electrical parts or use the product outdoors or in damp conditions. Installation requiring electrical work should be carried out by a suitably qualified person.
Misuse or unauthorized modification can affect a claim relating to damage caused by that conduct. It does not remove rights concerning an unrelated or pre-existing defect.
Care and Household Safety
Switch off and disconnect a light where applicable, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Follow the care guidance for its materials and keep liquids away from electrical components.
Use a stable surface and position cables to reduce trip or pulling hazards. Products are not children’s toys unless specifically described as such. Keep small parts and breakable components out of reach where appropriate.
Accounts and Website Use
If you create an account, keep its credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
You must not use the website to commit fraud, submit knowingly false information, introduce harmful software, interfere with security or obtain other people’s information unlawfully.
